Audi Club visits Funktion Auto for Open House/DIY Session

Dulles Virginia (February 4th) -  Despite the heavy rain and cold temperatures, the Audi Club produced a great turnout for an open house/DIY Session at Funktion Auto.  What initially seemed like a small turnout continued to grow until a total of approximately 30 cars were parked inside and outside of Funktion.

Members of the club were given a tour of Funktion as well as the next door neighbor, Grand Touring.  However, the highlight of the event was the free lift time, allowing owners to perform their own work on their own cars.  Head mechanic Tim Cobean was on hand to provide assistance to anyone having a problem, and the event was a fantastic success.  Guests were treated to lunch in the Funktion lounge and seemed to enjoy the chance to interact with each other.  In the end, both parties came away smiling as Funktion gained new customers and customers found a shop to rely on whenever in need.
